1. Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and the services provided by Mystic Mountain Travelers ("we," "us"), including guided tours, transfers, experiences, and organized trips. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms and applicable laws.

2. Services

We offer guided tours, private and small group tours, transfers, cultural and food experiences, and organized excursions. Full service details (price, duration, inclusions/exclusions) are available on our website or booking platforms.

3. Website use

You agree to use this site lawfully. You must not interfere with its security or functionality, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for fraudulent or illegal purposes. Misuse may result in restricted access and reporting to authorities.

4. Booking process

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, WhatsApp, or third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, GetYourGuide, Viator).

• Provide accurate information when booking
• Online bookings are usually confirmed instantly; phone/email bookings within 1 business day
• Private tours require at least 24 hours' notice
• All bookings are subject to availability and may require advance payment
• Multi-day trips or packages with accommodation may have special conditions, agreed directly with you

5. Payments

Prices include VAT. We accept credit/debit card, bank transfer, and platform-specific payment methods. A full deposit may be required to confirm a booking, processed through certified providers. Additional fees may apply depending on payment method.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Portuguese and EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to services already performed with your consent, or to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date.

7. Liability and force majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control (weather, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, traffic, technical issues). Participation is at your own risk — travel insurance is strongly recommended. You are responsible for your own health, safety, and belongings; we are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

8. Guest conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other participants, and property. We may remove any guest whose behavior affects safety or enjoyment, without refund. Group leaders are responsible for their group's conduct. No smoking in vehicles; pets allowed only with prior written approval.

9. Age requirements

Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, videos, design) belongs to Mystic Mountain Travelers or its licensed partners and may not be copied or used without written permission.

11. Photography and video

We may photograph or film guests during activities for marketing purposes. If you don't wish to appear, inform staff before the activity begins. Guests must get permission before filming others. See our Privacy policy for more detail.

12. Risk acceptance and waiver

By joining any activity, you accept the inherent risks involved, including accidents or injury. Where legally permitted, we are not liable for related claims or damages. In emergencies, you authorize us to seek medical help on your behalf, at your expense.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are handled by the courts of Lisbon, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always available on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
